1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Luxe Optics website (the "Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Site or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Products and Services

Luxe Optics offers luxury eyewear products including optical frames, sunglasses, and related accessories. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to accurately display colors and details, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the continental United States. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

All Luxe Optics frames come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Lenses are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Prescription lenses are subject to the warranty terms of the lens manufacturer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luxe Optics or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Luxe Optics.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
